Education & Training

Dr. Mozelsio attended the University of California Irvine, where she completed her undergraduate training. After graduation, she became a board certified Clinical Medical Technologist and worked for several years as a clinical microbiologist, as well as conducted AIDS research. However, the lure of medicine drew her to attend medical school at UC Irvine. She then traveled to Chicago and completed an Internal Medicine residency and a combined adult and pediatric Allergy/Immunology fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. While in Chicago, she worked as an Emergency Department attending physician at the Lakeside VA Hospital.
