About Dr. Rachel Reina, MD
Dr. Reina received her medical degree from L.S.U. School of Medicine in New Orleans where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Earl K. Long Memorial Hospital in Baton Rouge followed by a residency at L.S.U. in New Orleans. Dr. Reina also completed a fellowship in Mohs' Micrographic Surgery at L.S.U. in New Orleans, and is a member of the American College of Mohs’ Surgery. Dr. Reina is Board Certified in Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is a member of the Women’s Dermatological Society, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Louisiana Dermatological Society. She is a Vice Chair for the Leader’s Society of the Dermatology Foundation. Dr. Reina serves on the medical staff of Lakeview Regional Medical Center and St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She currently resides in Covington with her husband Jason, who is a gastroenterologist, her two sons, Brody and Jeb and her daughter Savannah.
