Libbie graduated with her Physician Assistant degree from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana, in August 2004. She practiced as a pharmacist in the Flathead Valley from 1990 to 2002 prior to commencing her Physician Assistant studies. She obtained her pharmacy degree in 1988 from South Dakota State University.
