Skyanne attended Lock Haven University, where she graduated with magna cum laude and received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and minor in Psychology. Skyanne then furthered her education at Thomas Jefferson University, where she received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and completed an elective rotation at Kane Dermatology.
