About Dr. Alison Fischer, MD

Alison Fischer, MD, is board-certified Oklahoma dermatologist providing patient care in the Tulsa area at Southside Dermatology.

She has professional expertise in dermatologic surgery and general dermatology, and is experience providing all types of dermatologic procedures, including laser skin treatments.

Dr. Fischer served as the co-director of the procedural dermatology Fellowship, as well as the Program Director, for the Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island. She also served as a Clinical Instructor at the Boston University School of Medicine.

A distinguished student, Dr. Fischer graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tulsa, with a bachelor’s degree in geology and biology. She was first in her class at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Fischer then completered her dermatology residency traiing at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and went on to complete additional rotations in dermatopathology and laser skin treatments at Harvard-Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
