Alma Criseida Berlingeri-Ramos, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology as well as the American Board of Pathology and Dermatology and has an interest in clinical, surgical, and pathological care for patients of all ages. She is dedicated to helping patients take care of their skin and working toward visible results.
She enjoys treating patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. The study and treatment of dermatopathology and understanding of what is going on at the microscopic level have helped her become a better dermatologist.

Dr. Berlingeri graduated magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She then earned her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, also graduating magna cum laude.
Following medical school, Dr. Berlingeri completed an internship at San Juan City Hospital, a dermatology residency at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, and a fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She enjoys the challenges of dermatopathology (studying the skin at a microscopic and molecular level).
