Education & Training

Dr. Chen obtained a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago and reeceived her medical degree (MD) from New York University (NYU), where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. There she conducted research in melanoma at the University of Louisville and co-authored several papers.

Dr. Chen complete her dermatology residency training at the University of Miami where she received an award for excellence in resident teaching, and participated in research on the healing of chronic leg wounds. She then completed a Fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and procedural dermatology.
