Dr. Vogel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. Vogel completed his medical internship in Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. He  then completed his dermatology residency at the University of Wisconsin – Madison Hospital and Clinics.
