Dr. Gross previously taught at UCLA Medical School and was awarded the title of full Clinical Professor of Dermatology/Medicine.

Dr. Gross isthe  Past President of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and Los Angeles Metropolitan Dermatologic Society and San Fernando Valley Dermatologic Society Los Angeles County Medical Association. He is also a  member of the Board of Directors of the California Society for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (CalDerm).
