Dr. Fivenson is on the editorial board of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology as well as a peer reviewer for several other dermatology journals. He participatients in clinical research has been an investigator on more than 170 clinical trials for both common and rare skin diseases.
Dr. Fivenson lectures extensively at national and international medical conferences and has been listed with Top Medical Dermatologists in America, Who's Who in America, Best Doctors in America and Castle Connelly's Top Docs.

Dr. Fivenson grew up in Alpena Michigan before attending the University of Michigan for his undergraduate and medical degree. He then completes his Dermatology Residency at the University of Cincinnati and an additional Immunodermatology Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
