Dr. Kasper earned his bachelor's degree in life science at Penn State University before obtaining his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at Genesys Hospital System in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
