Edward Primka attended college at Wake Forest University. He went on to graduate from medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Honors and Distinction. The next decade was spent at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, first as a dermatology resident and then as a faculty member.
