Dr. Yoo received her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a graduate degree in health policy from Harvard University before working at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, Switzerland. She then received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed her dermatology residency training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Yoo then completed an additional Fellowship in Mohs micrographic Surgery at Yale University
