Dr. Berlin graduated with his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, and prior to that he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to perform his dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He then returned home to Florida to open his practice.
