About Dr. Kavitha Reddy, MD
Dr. Kavitha Reddy specializes in Dermatologic Surgery and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. She is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology, ACGME-certified in Procedural Dermatology, and certified in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery by the American College of Mohs Surgery.
Most recently, she led the Mohs Micrographic Surgery program at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. She previously served as the Director of Dermatologic Surgery and as the Director of the Cosmetic & Laser Center at Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Reddy has received an American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Cutting Edge Research Grant, as well as awards from the American Skin Association and Aid for Cancer Research.
Dr. Reddy has authored scientific and educational publications in textbooks such as Lasers & Related Technologies in Dermatology, and Fitzpatrick’s Dermatology in General Medicine, and medical journals including the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) Dermatology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Journal of Dermatologic Surgery, and the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.
