Kory Kitagawa, MD is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, cosmetic and pediatric dermatology who sees patients in the Honolulu / Oahu area of Hawaii at Kitagawa Dermatology.

Dr. Kitagawa diagnoses and treats a wide variety of dermatologic conditions, including all types of skin cancer and pre-cancerous lesions. He is able to perform outpatient skin surgeries including cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen), biopsies, excision of skin cancers, electrodesiccation and curettage, electrocautery, allergy patch testing, and more.

Dr. Kitagawa is one of the most prominent cosmetic dermatologists in Honolulu. His cosmetic services include wrinkle reduction with Botox, plumping the lips with dermal fillers, reversing signs of age with both injectable and laser treatments, and non-invasive fat reduction with innovative and FDA-approved devices, such as UltraShape Power, which uses ultrasound energy to destroy fat cells in the body. Dr. Kitagawa was born and raised in Hawaii and received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Ethnic Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He then completed his medical training at the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii and finished his internship at the University of Hawaii Transitional Residency Program. He then moved to Buffalo, NY, where he completed his dermatology training at the SUNY Buffalo Dermatology Residency Program.
