Education & Training
Before Dr. Garcia graduated from University of Missouri, Kansas City, he was a member of the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany. He then attended medical school at University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. His internship and residency were completed in Kirksville, Missouri at Northeast Regional Medical Center.
