Dr. Mark Horowitz is an expert in general and surgical dermatology and has expertise in the use of Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer. He also specializes in cosmetic laser treatments to improve the signs of aging and wrinkling of the skin.

Dr. Horowtiz also evaluates chronic rashes due to allergic reactions and perform patch test ingcenter to determine which chemicals may be triggering the rash.

Mark Horowitz, MD, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist providing medical care to patients in the Torrance, CA area at Coast Dermatology Medical Associates.
 

Dr. Horowitz is the assistant director of the Western University/Pacific Hospital Dermatology residency program, and he was active in teaching resident physicians at UCLA Harbor Hospital.
