About Dr. Michael Hinckley, MD

Michael Hinckley, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon providing medical and surgical dermatology care to patients in the Salt Lake City area.

Dr. Hinckley, raised in the Salt Lake Valley, graduated from the University of Utah prior to pursuing a career in medicine. He received his medical degree (MD) from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed an internship in Washington State. He then moved to North Carolina where he completed a 3-year dermatology residency training at Wake Forest University.

Dr. Hinckly then completed a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Skin Cancer Surgery in Kentucky for additional expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer.
