Then, she completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine with special interest in skin manifestations of human disease. Later, she joined the Department of Internal Medicine at Harvard Medical School where she completed a fellowship in the Division of Nephrology, Brigham & Women's Hospital and the Massachusetts General Hospital. She has conducted research in the Harvard Institutes of Medicine and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. She is board-certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Alpha-Omega-Alpha (AOA) Honors Medical Society. Her interest is in the interface of dermatology and internal medicine.
