About Ewa Rooney, PA

Certified physician assistant Ewa Rooney, PA-C was raised and educated in Europe and moved to the United States in 1981. She is a graduate of Miami Dade College with a degree in physician assistant studies and also holds a degree in physical therapy from Broward College in south Florida. She became board-certified as a physician assistant after passing the examination by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Ewa Rooney, PA-C has been working in dermatology since 2001. She is fluent in Polish, Russian, and English. Ewa has 4 children and enjoys traveling abroad, skiing, cooking, and gardening. She holds membership in many professional societies, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
