About Kara Szczomak, PA-C

Kara Szczomak, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology.

Kara where she graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Health. She then continued her studies in Florida where she excelled in her Master’s program and graduated from Barry University in Miami.

Kara was able to work and perfect her skills with dermatologists in the well respected area of Boca Raton, Florida. She was one of the few from her graduating class to travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands to further her exposure to the diversities of the medical field.

Kara has been with Academic Dermatology since August of 2013 performing the following: acne, biopsies, eczema, psoriasis, cosmetic injections, diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions of all types. Professional Dermatology Affiliations
