Education & Training

Dr. Tack, a Nevada native, received his undergraduate degree from UNLV and his medical degree (MD) from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He then completed both his Internal Medicine Internship and Dermatology Residency training at the Mayo Clinic.

Following his residency, Dr. Tack practiced medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in Ponte Vedra, Florida for two years prior to returning to Nevada. He also received additional experience in Mohs surgery and developed a special interest in skin cancer treatment.
