About Dr. Alex Macaione, DO

Dr. Macaione started this practice over 35 years ago. He received his B.S. in Biology from LaSalle University. Dr Macaione then continued his education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree.  He completed his internship at Martin Place Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan. After serving 2 years in the United States Military as a General Medical Officer he completed a Dermatology residency at Geisinger Medical Center and University of Pennsylvania. Dr Macaione resides in South Jersey with his wife.

Dr. Alex Macaione is a Board Certified Dermatologist by The American Academy of Dermatology and the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He has been voted “Top Doc in Dermatology” by the SJ Magazine.
