Dr. Polley received his medical school education at the College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery in Des Moines, earning his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1979. He completed his dermatology residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado in 1983.
