Dr. Baird grew up in Hawaii where she attended the University of Hawaii, graduating in 1990 with a degree in medicine. She then completed an internship at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) and her dermatology residency at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Baird began practicing dermatology in Eugene with Peace Health Medical Group in 1994.
