About Dr. Edward Galiczynski, DO
Edward Galiczynski, DO, F.A.A.D, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist providing medical care to patients in the Phoenix, AZ area at Arizona Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr.Galiczynski's training and expertise are comprehensive and include general medical dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, lasers and light therapy, acne scarring and all aspects of cosmetic dermatology, including neurotoxins and fillers.
Dr. Galiczynski graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and received his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a one-year internal medicine internship at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh followed by a combined Dermatology Residency and Research Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.
He has conducted clinical research on a myriad of dermatologic diseases and was a co-investigator in 15 clinical trials during his time at the Cleveland Clinic. He is well published in medical literature and has authored and co-authored several textbook chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles. He has lectured at numerous local and national dermatology meetings and has worked and trained with leading experts in the field of dermatology
In 2017, 2018 and 2019 Dr. Galiczynski was bestowed the honor of Phoenix Magazine Top Doctor by his peers.
