Dr. Milstein specializes in medical and cosmetic Dermatology and is a leader in developing techniques for the use of lasers for the treatment of the skin and sun aging. Dr. Milstein also serves an Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at University of California San Diego (UCSD) and teaches medical students and dermatology residents.
He is a member of the San Diego Dermatology Society and the San Diego Medical Society.
