Dr. Milstein specializes in medical and cosmetic Dermatology and is a leader in developing techniques for the use of lasers for the treatment of the skin and sun aging. He offers cosmetic procedures, including Lasers, Chemical Peels, Botox®, Restylane®, Juvederm®, IPL, Photorejuvenation, and Laser hair removal. Dr. Milstein has also developed a skin care plan to use Retina-A cream special moisturizers and antioxidants to slow aging of the skin and prevent skin cancers.

Dr. Howard Milstein, MD is a board-certified dermatologist providing care to patients at La Jolla Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center that he founded. Dr. Milstein also serves an Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at University of California San Diego (UCSD) and teaches medical students and dermatology residents. He is a member of the San Diego Dermatology Society and the San Diego Medical Society.
