Dr. Neily graduated from Florida State University and received his medical degree from Southeastern University of Health Sciences in Miami, Florida. He completed his internship and residency training in Anesthesiology at POH Medical Center in Michigan. Dr. Neily then completed his Dermatology residency training at Western University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles, California. He served as Chief Resident in both programs.
