About Dr. Kathleen Mulligan, MD
Dr. Mulligan is a fourth-generation physician from both her father's and mother's side of her family. She is the daughter of Drs. James E. Mulligan (who practiced internal medicine) and Paula B. Mulligan (who practiced pediatric medicine) in Cleveland's western suburbs for over 50 years.
Dr. Mulligan is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Society of Pediatric Dermatology, American Contact Dermatitis Society, Cleveland Dermatological Society, the Ohio Dermatological Association and the Ohio State Medical Association.

Dr. Mulligan graduated from Hathaway Brown High School, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Case Western Reserve University and her Doctorate from Case Western Reserve Medical School.
Mulligan completed a one-year residency in internal medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center. Then completed a three-year residency in Dermatology at Case Western Reserve University, including serving as Chief Resident for a year.
