Education & Training

Dr. Lodewick is a University of California graduate. At Berkeley, he studied Comparative Literature and Molecular and Cell Biology. He then went to join his family in Alabama and studied medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Seattle was Dr. Lodewick’s next stop where he spent several years.

He completed a pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Seattle and the University of Washington. He remained with the University of Washington to finish a fellowship in both Adult and Pediatric Allergy/Immunology.

After completing his fellowship, Dr. Lodewick continued in Seattle where he was Clinical Instructor of Allergy/Immunology at the Children’s Hospital of Seattle and worked in private practice with Northwest Asthma and Allergy.
