About Dr. Michael Cormier, MD

Dr. Michael Cormier, a Lake Charles native and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, has been in private practice since 1986. He received his undergraduate degree from McNeese State University and his medical degree from LSU Medical Center in New Orleans.

 

He completed his internship at Moss Regional Hospital before serving as a general medical officer at Fort Polk from 1979-1981. He completed his family practice residency at Moss Regional Hospital and his dermatology residency at LSU Medical Center (Charity Hospital) in New Orleans. He served as chief resident from 1985-1986.?
