Education & Training

Dr. Getz received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, in Champaign and his medical degree from University of Illinois in Chicago. He then completed his 4-year dermatology residency training at Cook County Hospital. Dr. Getz previously served as the Chief of Dermatology in the Dept of Dermatology at Permanente Medical Group in Richmond, California, internationally known for its remarkable innovations and contributions to medical care. He also served on the clinical faculty of the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
