Dr. Whipple received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington State University. She went on to earn her medical degree at the University of Washington and completed her residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatologists, the Seattle Dermatological Society, Alpha Omega Alpha, and Phi Beta Kappa, and has practiced dermatology in Portland and Boston.
