Medical Expertise of Julie Letsen, PA-C

Diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis and skin cancer.

About Julie Letsen, PA-C

Julie Letsen grew up in Nokesville, in the heart of Prince William County.  Friends and family recalled that she has had a passion for medicine since adolescence.

Letsen's professional career began in family medicine, allowing her to build a strong foundation caring for newborns to geriatric patients.  Realizing that one can never be "done" with learning, she has participated in clinical research and as a patient educator in a multicenter study with the goal to improve the delivery and outcome of patient care.  In her seven years in family practice, she has treated many dermatology-related conditions, but focusing on this discipline as a specialty was a long-time goal.

Under Dr. Ha's training combined with her broad medical instincts, her knowledge of skin pathology is only now more honed and continues to expand.  Letsen is adept at treating a variety of skin disorders including psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, warts, molluscum, and acne.  She is equally skilled in performing full-body skin examinations and same-day biopsies and treatment with cryotherapy should it be required.
