About Lisa Boget, PA-C
Lisa Boget is a master’s trained physician assistant who has been practicing since 1997. Prior to joining the dermatology practice at WellSprings Dermatology, Lisa practiced in a primary care setting in a medically underserved area in Illinois through a program sponsored by the National Health Service Corp.
Lisa is originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area. She attended Kennesaw State University and graduated with Honors with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After graduation, she worked in the business side of medicine with a cancer diagnostic corporation. While working in this setting, she was given the opportunity to work with physicians and physician assistants which sparked her interest in pursuing a career as a medical provider.
She then moved to the Chicago area and attended Midwestern University and graduated with Honors with a Masters degree in Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies in 1997. Lisa began her career at WellSprings in 2003 after working in Primary Care for 6 years.
Lisa is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants (KAPA), and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
Lisa’s responsibilities at WellSprings Dermatology include attending the medical needs of new and existing patients with ranging diagnoses in conjunction with Dr. Evelyn M. Jones.
Lisa is married and with her husband have a loving family of 5 children. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and being active in her church in Anna, Illinois.
