She earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health Sciences from University of California, Irvine and her dual Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) and Master of Public Health (MPH) from Touro University.
During her clinical training, she completed a preceptorship in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology where she fell in love with the world of dermatology. Her surgical training includes first assisting in ophthalmic, general, and vascular surgeries at Kaiser Permanente in Fremont, CA. She also completed a preceptorship in a level 1 trauma center at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Emergency Department. She received additional clinical training in internal medicine and geriatric medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric and adolescent medicine, sports medicine and in primary care.
