Dr. Al Dabagh attended the University of Michigan's Honors Scholar Program. Dr. Al Dabagh the received his medical training at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) where he graduated at top of his class with Alpha Omega Alpha distinction.
During medical school he was engaged in numerous research projects including genetics, ophthalmology, and dermatology research. After medical school he was an intern at Akron General Medical Center, where he was chief of the transitional year residents. He completed his dermatology residency at the prestigious Duke University Medical Center where he continued to engage in research and excel academically. This was followed by additional subspecialty training in procedural dermatology at the University of California San Francisco's Dermatologic Surgery and Laser Center (UCSF).
