Dr. Swerklick serves as the Head of the Dermatology Section at The Emory Clinic, Inc. and has a staff physician in the Division of Dermatology and Teledermatology at the Atlanta VA Medical Center.

Dr. Swerklick also serves as staff physician in the Dermatology Division of Grady Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Swerlick is the recipient of many awards including "Best Doctors in America" (2009) and Dermatology Excellence in Teaching Award (2005).
