About Dr. Tricia Andrews, MD

Dr. Andrews' education began at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. As an interdisciplinary major, she combined her love of science with a broad liberal arts background. Her education and training continued by spending eight years at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. She received her medical degree from Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed her internship and dermatology residency training at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida. In her last year of training she was Chief Resident of Dermatology.

During her medical training, she was selected to present research at over 15 national and international medical conferences. Some of her work has been published in major medical journals. Dr. Andrews is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a Member of the Duval County Medical Society, Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, and Jacksonville Dermatology Society.

Dr. Andrews is excited to practice medicine in her hometown and provide her patients with the continued quality care and service they have experienced under Dr. Rehbein for more than thirty years. Dr. Andrews, Florence Donker, R.N., and the rest of the practice welcome you at their office by St. Luke's Hospital.

Jacksonville Dermatology Associates, PL, has been caring for patients since October 2007. We are located across the street from St. Luke’s Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. After spending eight years training at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Andrews developed a facility to merge modern, state-of-the-art dermatologic services with a warm, comfortable environment for the highest-quality patient care. Dr. Andrews combines the values she gained during her time at the Mayo Clinic with her genuine interest in her patients and passion for dermatology.

Our focus is on your general medical dermatology needs, such as full skin examinations, screening for skin cancer, and preventative skin care. Other common skin conditions treated include rashes, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema. Patients of all ages with conditions involving skin, hair, and nails are welcome. We look forward to the opportunity to develop relationships with new patients and families.

Dr. Andrews, Florence Donker, R.N. and the rest of the practice aim to provide the best possible care to their patients.  Dr. Andrews continues to care for the patients of Dr. Harold Rehbein since his retirement in 2007.
