Dr. William T. Parsons is a dermatologist providing medical care to patients in the San Antonio, Texas area.  After completing his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Parsons then completed his internship in internal medicine at the Medical College of Georgia Hospitals, followed by a residency in dermatology at the Brooke Army Medical Center.
